I had a quick question about my account and they got back to me really fast. The whole thing was easy, friendly, and didn’t feel like I was being passed around. Small win for the day: I got it handled before my coffee even got cold. Really happy with the help
"Worked when our dog got out, but setup was annoying"
Our dog slipped out through the side gate, which was stressful, but someone scanned his PetHub tag about 20 minutes later and we got the alert right away. We were able to call them and get him back fast. I will say the profile setup wasn’t super straightforward and took me longer than it should have, which was frustrating. Still, in the moment we actually needed it, it did what it was supposed to do

The tag does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t complain too much there. But the edges started wearing down quickly, and I don’t have the patience for stuff that looks beat up after barely using it.

"Setup was okay, just a little confusing lol"
I got my Pet Hub tag set up without too much trouble, but a few parts had me second-guessing what to do at first lol. The site works fine once you get the hang of it, it just wasn’t quite as simple as I expected. Adding my pet’s info was easy though. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do, but I think it could be a bit clearer for new users
"Honestly a good deal for once"
I’m usually the one who ends up overpaying for stuff like this, so I was surprised. The subscription is cheap, and for what you get, it actually feels worth it.
